Terms and Conditions

  1. Contract Period:
    • The engagement will be on a fixed-term contract basis for one year, extendable up to four years based on performance and business needs.
  2. Job Location:
    • Positions are based at BEML Manufacturing facilities at KGF Complex, Kolar.
  3. Pay Scale:
    • Salary structure is detailed below:

    • Additional benefits: Annual lump sum of INR 11,000 for uniform stitching, conveyance, medical insurance, and term plan.

BEML Limited Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • PwD: Additional 10 years (over and above category relaxation)
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
