IOCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the required educational qualifications and age limit.
Educational Qualifications:
- Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in relevant fields with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Trade Apprentice: Matriculation with 2-year ITI course from NCVT/SCVT.
- Graduate Apprentice: Full-time graduation in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
IOCL Recruitment 2025 Stipend Details
The stipend is provided as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961:

Tenure
The apprenticeship period for all roles is 12 months.
SeIOCL Recruitment lection Process
The selection process is merit-based, with no written test or interview. The merit list is prepared based on academic performance. If two candidates have the same marks, preference is given to the older candidate or the one with a higher matriculation score.
